Booking conditions
Booking
The booking is completed online through the booking engine connected to the site and is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email. The person booking must be at least 18 years old.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm with keyless self check-in (you can also arrive late at night); check-out by 10:00 am. After booking, online registration with an identity document is mandatory; instructions and access codes are sent via email/WhatsApp before arrival.
Tourist tax
The City of Palermo tourist tax (€4 per person per night for the first 4 consecutive nights; children up to 12 exempt) is not included in the price and is paid at the property.
House rules
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments; pets are not allowed; parties and events are not allowed. There is no lift in either residence: apartments are reached via stairs.
